Fresh winds from the land of electronica

Thanks a bunch to Sophie for gracing the show with her presence this week! This journey though European club music had us bouncing in our chairs, and made plenty of listeners happy... After this crash course in electronica labels, artists, and shows, we proceeded to keep our more world-music-oriented listeners satisfied with a selection of favorites such as Dee Dee Bridgewater, the ladies of the World Music Network's "Women of Africa", and of course from Manu Chao's latest "la Radiolina"... Plus some tracks by gypsy guitar genius Stéphane Wrembel, from whom we'll surely hear more on this show! (grand merci to Zhenya, who is still sorely missed !)
