Warm blues and... chilly tunes

We pretty much split down this week's show in the middle, and dedicated the first hour to blues, reggae and traditionals from such warm places as Mali, Cameroon and Réunion. Then in the second hour we switched gears and played mostly music from our neighbors to the north, with québécois artists such as Le Vent du Nord, Antoine Gratton and François Couture. We hope it's comforting to know that they have it even colder than we do down here!
We also apologize for the quality of much of the recording, which is due to mechanical circumstances beyond out control and which we hope to have fixed soon! Stay tuned (especially on your radio)!
