Summer swing & caribbean cool

This week, we started out the show with some fun caribbean and carribean-style tunes, went over to Africa with some music by our new favorite Sheikh Lô, and then started into a swing special on and around swing legend Django Reinhardt. The Maghrib, however, was not neglected either - and we finished the show with some of Amadou et Mariam's most danceable tracks, to celebrate their excellent performance in Chicago on June 29th!
